Does cutting a lawn treated with pesticides and fertilizes release chemicals into the air?

After it’s rained several times, is it OK to cut the lawn after pesticide and fertilizer treatment? Does this cause any chemicals or toxins from the aforementioned to get up into the air? If it does, could they get into surrounding households? Is anyone cutting the lawn at risk?
Louis, take your erroneous suppositions and fallacious deductions elsewhere. I am involved nowhere within whatever hypothetical situation you might personally have anecdotally derived from the question — it is just that, a question.

I already tried that it doesn’t work, she still wants the lawn mowed. Have you tried cutting it shorter so it doesn’t have to be done so often.
I’ve even tried weed and feed thinking are lawn was all weeds and walla it is gone and no more mowing.
We have a great lawn that grows faster than ever. Don’t do it that stuff really works.
Just mow it and quit trying to get out of it.
Your little lawn unless you have 300 acres is nothing compare to factories emissions.
