I am building a new house and I need to know what type of plumbing is the best under slab or in the attic?

Any ideas would help

    If at all possible, put them in the wall. Slab plumbing causes pipes to rub holes in them. Attic pipes cause water to be exposed to cold causing freezing and bursting or if a leak does form, severe damage. Good luck…

    Neither choice is really good. But of the two, under the slab is better. You can always break up the slab to get to a leak. At least under there it wouldn’t leak and wreck your ceiling and walls. If it’s at all feasible, bring the pipes in under the garage floor and run them into the house through the walls.

    I had w&w building services build a extention around the back of my house, they also done the plumbing work and refitted my kitchen. Job was well done and at a good price. I live in romford but think they do essex and london area.
