Soak in cold water , add a small amount of liquid detergent, rub in with your finger tips. Leave for a few min´s , then wash on a low temp 30ºc. this should lift the stain out

Soak it in oxy and use a brush to scrub it but not to hard. I got set in blood stain to come out using this method. You might have to scrub and soak it a couple of times but if it got blood out it will get chocolate out.
