How to keep Christmas lights on front of house bushes from being stolen-how to secure?
Instead of hanging lights, I would like to drape them over the bushes. They are solar and plug-in. Live on a busy street. Pls advise how to secure them that would make too difficult to steal if possible.

you can sit there watch them all over night , when the sun is rising and you can go inside ,because the lights are useless at that time.

Dude/Dudette, if you are living on a street where you fear your Christmas lights may be stolen, frankly, I’d be pretty concerned about your OWN safety. Short of moving (HIGHLY recommended), sitting on your porch with lots of coffee and a shotgun, might help some. Good luck to ya soldier.

You could attach to bushes with plastic zip ties every few inches. Get the zip ties at Home Depot in electric department or where they have the stuff for coax wire installation. You could also anchor at one end by wrapping cord around sturdiest portion of shrub.
