Am I able to grow two different fruits in the same fruit grown on the same tree?

My friend was telling me how her grandma grows Grapples (which is an apple seed and a grape seed grown together on the same tree). Am I able to grow fruit like that. I’ve also seen a pear and an apple combined in the same fruit. How am I able to do this??? Can I grow all types of fruit with different combinations into the same tree?

You can grow multiple types of apples on the same tree. You can also graft a pear tree to an apple tree and grow both on a single tree but these are all trees. I’ve never heard of a grape/apple combination. It would be interesting to try though. I would go to the library and pick up a book on grafting. The process is simple but it would take quite a bit of writing to detail all the different ways and it’s much easier if there are photos.
