why do my feet ache when I m walking or even after Ive been gardening?
i have a high instep but stopped wearing sensible heels a while ago as my job changed and it calls for flat shoes and now dont wear heels. Im stood all day but dont move around much. So later in the day my feet ache, also when i go out and walk anywhere my feet ache after a while. I change shoes, regularly but they still ache.

Maybe your feet swell a bit in the afternoon or when you walk after awhile. I too have this problem and find putting my feet up will ease things. I do not know if you are like me overweight, not a lot, but enough to put further strain on the feet, so my doc tells me. My mother and her generation always soaked their feet in warm water at the end of the day to counteract this aching so maybe we don’t change much these days.
