Is there a good book on seasons for fruits and vegetables from a culinary (rather than gardening) perspective?

An encyclopaedia or classic publication would be great, rather than a celebrity chef’s book.

There are several, but do not have titles to hand. Try Amazon typing in seasonal fruits and vegetables as a title and see what you come up with.
