Every three years prune out a third of the oldest branches. This aids in air circulation and removal of dead or old unproductive branches. Just don’t cut it into that dreadful “flying saucer” most people prune them in. That completely defeats the purpose of it being weeping. Prune in late winter or after flowering to not lose flowers for the next year.
