I’m not sure if this helps
but
Me and a friend did some gardening work
about 6 hours on the back garden
we got £40 to share at the end
and we were pretty chuffed with that seeing as we were saving up for a nice shopping spree. Surprisingly it didn’t go too far but hey, the gardening was pretty fun.

I pay the same as local authority pay to grass cutters /hedge trimmers/general garden labour and that is minimum wage £6 ph which is good considering most of these people are claiming benefit they don’t have to pay tax and they are using all my tools so for £20 ph as suggested I would want a qualified horticulturalist who has papers to prove qualifications and has insurance to cover him and his work whilst on my property.
